Pandora recommends the use of safety chains on bracelets and insurance coverage is advisable on all valuable jewelry. The warranty does not cover lost or stolen items. What do I do if my Pandora jewelry is lost or stolen? In such cases, the bracelet will be returned to you. The warranty does not cover defects which arise as a result of the customer using non-genuine charms on Pandora bracelets.

If it is determined that the piece of jewelry is defective, it will be covered by the warranty and the item will be repaired or exchanged free of charge.
If you are not located near a REEDS Jewelers Store Location, you can contact us directly for assistance. Therefore, always send all the parts to a REEDS Jewelers Store Location for repair.
If a charm has become stuck, it could be due to the charm itself or the bracelet. Do not attempt to force the charms off or to cut the chain. Please do not try to repair the jewelry yourself. If the chain has been cut or twisted to pieces, the jewelry is not covered by the warranty. When a refund is given, the returned product becomes Pandora’s property. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever period is longer. Pandora shall have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned to Pandora. During these warranty periods, if a defect arises in the product, and you follow the instructions for returning the product, Pandora will, at its option, to the extent permitted by law, either (i) repair the product using new or refurbished parts, at Pandora’s expense (ii) replace the product with a new product that is equivalent to the product that is to be replaced or (iii) refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the product. Pandora warrants watches for a period of THREE (3) YEARS from the date of original retail purchase. Pandora warrants all non-watch products against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase. Pandora’s warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below:
